“Gay Pride” organiser calls sexual offence in Belfast “youthfull exuberence”

August 4, 2008 · 1 Comment

During a “Gay pride” march in Belfast on the 2nd August a man participating in the march committed a shocking and depraved act before a crowd of people, including women and children. An organiser of the parade, Andy Thompson, defended the act on the BBC news as “youthfull exuberence” and earlier stated that the act was “understandable” as the man was provoked by the views of Christians.

What did this person do? He waited untill he was facing a group of christians who were protesting against the march outside St Annes Catherderal, when he dropped his trousers to his ankles and comitted an obscence act with his genitals.

There was no attempt to try and remove this man from the parade by the organisers, who it seems supported his sick public display.

The BBC in Northern Ireland showed their bias by failing to explain that this mans actions constituted at least two criminal offences, 1. indecent exposure and 2. committing a sexual act in front of a child.

They also only presented one side of the story by having as their only commenter on the six o clock news Andy Thompson, who evidently thinks this behaviour is a lark.

What if this had happened in an incident not connected to “Gay Pride”? Surley the man would have been imediately arrested.

In a separate incident also during the “Gay Pride” march a Catholic Priest was jostled by marchers as he tried to make his way along the street.

It seems that sexual criminal behaviour and assault are all just part of the stuff of accepting the “Gay lifestyle choice”. Hmmmmmm……………..
